RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD

Simply follow the steps below to access your account. *Please note: sometimes it may take a few minutes for the new password to be recognized by the system. If the new password does not work immediately, please try again in about 15 minutes.

Go to ClipperMagazine.com and select “Customer Portal > Forgot Your Password?” and enter your Login Name and Email Address.
Or, go to www.clippermagazine.com and select “Customer Portal” then “Client Login” in the upper right-hand corner of the home page.

This will take you to the Customer Portal home page (shown below). Select “Forgot Your Password?”

You will then be prompted to enter your “Login Name” and “Email Address.” If you have several email addresses, please ask your Account Representative to confirm the email address used to enroll. Select “Next” as shown below.


Next, you will need to confirm your identity by answering one of the security questions you previously selected, then click “Next.

Then, enter a password and confirm it, then click “Next” as shown below:

You will then receive a confirmation email from Clipper@billtrust.com and a confirmation screen that your password has been reset:

By selecting the “Return to Sign In” button, you will be taken back to the home page (shown below).

Please enter the Login Name and the Password you just selected, then click “Sign In.”

 

Resetting Your Password if You Were Auto-Enrolled

If you were auto-enrolled, you should receive a password confirmation email from Clipper@billtrust.com as shown below, with the temporary password:

From the login screen (above), enter your Login Name and new, temporary password. You will then see the “Enter Your Information” screen (see next page). Please enter your User Name for your account and answer the security questions you previously selected. Note this information somewhere for future reference. Then select “Save.”

Now that you have received / created your new password, please select “Return to Sign In” as shown below. This will take you back to home screen. Please enter your new “Password.” Now you have access to manage your account and account information.
