
With the holiday season upon us, it is important to rethink your Business Branding Strategy. Begin by asking yourself, what products or services should I focus on promoting at this time of year? What specials could I highlight in my marketing efforts? What advertising tools are available to me that would be a good fit during the holidays? You should ask yourself all these valid questions—and more–in order to come up with a good end-of-year marketing plan.
Remember that the holidays, regardless of which one your customers celebrate, are generally centered around family. Trying to connect with your existing, or potential, customers on a personal level is important to your continued success. Telling a story is a great way to do that, and using social media to share your holiday greeting with a special promotion link has proven extremely useful. A direct-mail postcard or an e-mail postcard with a discount or a link to a special landing page promotion on your site is a great way to combine print and web efforts.
